Manpro Limited is proud to be part of the Leaver Place / Mahia Road Kāinga Ora project, managed by Penny Homes Site Management. This development consists of 25 high-quality homes, designed to meet the increasing demand for affordable housing in the region.
Effective project management of subcontractors was crucial in ensuring the timely completion of this large-scale development. By carefully selecting and coordinating with subcontractors, we ensured that each stage of construction ran smoothly, avoiding delays and ensuring efficient resource use.
