Manpro Founded
- Sam Paea and Gordon successfully managed over 200 projects across West, South, and North Auckland, including Kāinga Ora housing, private residential builds, and apartments. Their exceptional leadership and expertise delivered high-quality results across the entire spectrum of construction sectors.
Manpro Incorporated
- Manhattan Project Limited was founded to meet the growing demand for expert construction services. Specializing in residential building projects and labor supply for the commercial sector, we excel in framing, cladding, and foundation work. Our commitment to client satisfaction and efficient project management ensures successful outcomes across Auckland and beyond.
First Kainga Ora Project
- Manhattan Project Limited achieved a major milestone by securing its first Kāinga Ora project in South Auckland, demonstrating our dedication to quality and reliability. Building on this success, we proudly completed our second Kāinga Ora project in West Auckland, further cementing our expertise in meeting the needs of government housing initiatives.
Kainga Ora Project in Tauranga
- We are proud to announce the successful expansion of our business from Auckland to Tauranga, securing our first Kāinga Ora government project. This milestone demonstrates our growing capability and commitment to delivering quality construction services, enabling us to meet increasing client demands while expanding our footprint across the Bay of Plenty region.
Incorporation in Tonga
- The Tongapura Project aims to secure more than 2 million in sales, focusing on public toilets, road infrastructure, and residential buildings across Vavau and Tongapura. Manhattan Project Tonga, a new yet experienced company, will leverage its expertise in residential construction, plumbing, civil works, and carpentry to drive this successful venture.
Certified New Zealand Accreditation
- Manhattan Project Limited has met New Zealand’s stringent accreditation employer requirements, becoming a certified employer.
